I bought this tumbler two times. One time for myself and another as a gift for a friend. I love the quality of this tumbler. I kept mine in good condition all these years and it still looks brand new. The latest one I bought is the same. I love that you can choose the text to put on the cup and the layout of it, which makes it very personable as a gift. It keeps my drink warm for about 2-3 hours depending on what I put inside, which is good enough for me. The size of the tumbler is also perfect because it makes it easy to handle and is not too big. It fits in my car cup holder perfectly, which is a plus especially when you have to commute and need a safe area to put your tumbler with hot drinks away.This product isn’t only visually appealing, it’s also useful for keeping drinks warm.

The personalized tumbler I received perfectly matched my expectations. The print was perfect and exactly what I expected. The color was also exactly as pictured. I haven’t used it as it was a gift but it does feel pretty sturdy. I also added on the straw set which unfortunately didn’t end up coming along with the tumbler but I was able to speak with the seller and they shipped it out for me promptly. They are also sturdy metal type straws so they ultimately will last. I will be returning to purchase one for myself but in the meantime, buy it!

My girlfriend loved this. The best part is that it for real holds hot coffee better than a yeti cup.And then I used it for coke with ice and the ice was still in there in the middle of the night and coke did not taste watered down. Very good quality product!

The printing was clear, the mug was well made and it was exactly it was ordered.

The cup arrived earlier than estimated, so that’s a huge bonus! My name and font chosen look phenomenal on the soft pink that I chose. Also ordered the metal reusable straws to go with it, which are wonderful for warm and cold beverages. My only complaint is that the description is 30oz. I used the 12oz setting twice on my coffee maker as I was brewing my K-cups before work, and it filled the coffee to the brim. I should have had 6oz of room for creamer. It was a shame to dump/waste some coffee. Outside of that, it’s a lovely cup, and I will definitely order again either for myself or as a gift!
