Park & Sun SportsTournament Flex 1000: Portable Outdoor Volleyball Net System

After several years of playing with various cheap net sets around the $30 price point, and being frusterated because I had to buy a new one every year, I decided to make an investment this year and purchase a "professional net" to make our games all the more official, and get something that would last a while. I couldn't be happier with this net- it is truly built to last, and all weekend long the comments kept coming in about how it was "the best volleyball game we ever played". Any net that can withstand 3-4 adults being thrown into it and doesn't fall over or break is truly a serious net. I was a little worried that they only wanted $89.99 for this net (watch the price on it, it's gone anwhere from $69.99 to $169.99 on amazon....price seems to change daily)- could it really be that good for $89.99. YES! I ordered this net a week before memorial day, and the box was so damaged that UPS could not deliver it. I called Amazon, worried that I would not have it in time for my trip, and they sent a new one right away. Set up was fairly easy, and I was simply amazed at how it held up with some rough adults. I noticed that after a few rains throughout the weekend, the clips that hold the net onto the poles to help keep it in place were rusting (this is ok, a little spraypaint will fix it- but just beware of this). The poles are really high quality, and the net is very professional. Worth the price by all means- and an instant success at our house. Take down was also really easy, and everything fit really nicely into the bag. You will not be dissapointed in this purchase!

I have only used it one day at a function. It was easy to set up. The net and poles are very nice. Make sure there are no small kids trying to hang on anything though as it will break. It folds easy into a bag and is ready to go again. with 2 people takes about 5 minutes to set it up, and it works in grass well even though it was designed for sand. Two complaints I have are 1) the ball and pump were junk. Do yourself a favor and just buy a decent one at Target or Walmart. 2) the rings used to tighten the support ropes slide a little, making it necessary to slide them to retighten them every ten minutes or so. It only takes a second to do so its not a big problem. I just wish there was a normal set up so once its tight its solid all day. Ease of set up and portability make this a good buy. Just buy a better ball......now i have had the kit a few years and have used it at several parties. everything has held up nice. easy and quick to set up, take down, and maintain. love volleyball and this has everything you need. forget what i typed earlier. this is a great kit for anyone that loves the game. ask my relatives that want to go to the hospital after playing a day together. we get into it and its a great product.

My advice: throw the directions in the trash, lay out everything, and figure it out yourself. That would be a lot easier than trying to figure out what the directions are trying to describe.It’s actually not hard to set up with 2 people, but the directions s are worthless.Once set up, it works great. Just a word of caution though, I bought this to be a stronger version of nets you get at big box stores. This is not that. This is a full width volleyball net, so make sure you have room for it. The quality is very good.

This is a very durable net. I thought it would be a bit flimsy due to its weight as it is on the lighter side. Easy to assemble. Quick set up and take down once you learn what you are doing.

My volleyball net came with the wrong size bag so we don't have anything to store it in. And the ropes that hold up the net do not work. We have to use rubber bands to keep the net up. I was very surprised with how low quality this was based on the price. Perhaps we were sent a defective net...

I purchased this set in November of 2011 for a themed volleyball lunchtime at work. It took us a little longer to set up that first day, but within less than 10 minutes it was up and we had a great day. That themed volleyball lunchtime later in the year became a couple times a month, then a little later became 5 lunchtimes a week as long as we can get at least 5 players. We usually have it set up in less than 5 minutes, and put back in the back at the end of lunch in even less time. After nearly 4 years of service with VERY regular use by adults aged 25-60 playing hardcore ball on grass, the set continues to serve us well. It is simple to setup, the materials have held up well, and we have used the heck out of it. Highly recommended. (I just ordered another set. Some of the ropes are starting to show some wear and tear, and the convenient carry bag has recently been repaired with duct tape. So rather than take a chance of a fail one day, we'll put a new one in service and keep the original for days when we have 12 or more players show up!)

My family loves this net set! The poles are super sturdy. The guy lines hold the net firmly and nice and tight. I don't understand the complaints about the stakes that came with the set. They work great. I still can't believe how stable net is once set up. I am so happy I bought this model (Park & Sun Tournament Flex 1000). The net that arrived had a yellow trim instead of the blue shown in the picture. I think it looks even better than the blue. It even came with an extra volleyball that was not listed.Two problems became apparent when we set it up. The first was the ball leaked, and the second, one of the guy lines had the metal rings attached incorrectly. I called Park & Sun directly and they sent replacements right out without any questions. Great company! The new ones worked great.After the initial setup, take down and re-set up took only about 1 minute. I love it. I take it down to mow the back yard and put it back up with almost no effort.I should also mention the original shipping was very fast and arrived 4 days before the estimated time.I highly recommend this volleyball set.

Me sorprendió la facilidad con que se instala la red.Los materiales con que esta hecha la red, postes y cordones para tensar son de buena calidad. Buena relación costo beneficio.La red no pierde tensión durante el juego, lo cual permite jugar cómodamente.Solo falta algún accesorio para tensar mas la parte baja de la red.

Bought this net to use at the beach this summer and it's already been a huge hit the last few weekends! A bit of a learning curve with the set up, but once you get it it's a 5-10 minute job at most. High quality net, easy to take down as well and very compact for storage. Highly recommended!

I love this Volley Ball net and very happy with the company. I was missing a part when I recieved it. It was one of the bottom caps for the post. It still funtions without it, so I didnt want to sent the whole thing back.I contacted the company directly and they sent out the part, but I had to pay the shipping. Very friendly guys to deal with. I just wish Amazon had an option for customer service other then to send the whole thing back and get a replacement.I would suggest to maybe order it directly from the company instead of through Amazon.
