3mm old goldThe yellow might confuse people as it is not a 'lemon yellow' or the 'colour of old gold'. Perhaps paler than in the photos but that's a printing problem and not the seelers. To give you an idea, it's the colour of the pith of orange I happen to have beside it!!.Width is now than I visualised as I was thinking the same of ribbon bout locally- put it beside a £2 coin and you will get a better impression. one of the jobs I wanted it for is to make bows for Christmas tree decorations, and it is exactly right. The other thought was to use it as trim and stitch down the middle or use machine embroidery stitch. Totally unsuitable for this - go for wider one,Is satin, but because of it's width it doesn't show particularly, but the appaearence is better than synthetic parcel ribbon. (This would not curl like ringlets.)Package and delivery - packaging secure. Was late, within acceptable time during Corvid, so no complaint so please don't be be put off because of this.

I bought this ribbon to use as trimming on a crocheted baby blanket. I'm very impressed. It looks really good, shiny on both sides and doesnt seem to fray much once it's cut. It's a lot cheaper than buying from my local haberdashers shop, and just as good quality. I intend to order more in different colours for other projects I have in the pipeline. Highly recommended

Beautiful ivory sheen. Strong but continues to look delicate.I use for medieval hair-taping & have found if this ribbon is treated with care, it will last many fresh ties & can even be re-purposed.

This is lovely purple ribbon, good value for money. It is double sided and nicely finished so you can use it for all manor of things. I had the thinnest size - 3mm thick, I have used it to tie really pretty bows around hessian on glass jars for my purple themed wedding - it looks lovely and the colour is perfect.

Not as Gold as in picture but i still used it.
