This is a great machine - great accuracy, and great battery
I read the other reviews having issues. One reviewer stated the battery, the battery in this thing is readily available on Amazon, it's a common UPS battery. I even had a smaller battery that I put in the bay and it worked fine, don't let that stop you. Then the one person had a problem with accuracy, I don't see this issue. I mean if you are looking for a perfect exact bounce every time, then sure. But it's practice for a reason, you have to adapt your swing and movement. I don't see radical accuracy problems. I set this up, and it put it right where I needed it. The height and speed adjustment on manual was perfect, and I was able to train myself and beginners. The only thing I would say they can improve upon is put a protective edge on the metal trim so you don't accidentally scratch the surface of the court. I didn't tilt it back properly on moving it and it scarred the court, so be careful when you do that or you may scratch the surface. Other than that, it's a fantastic machine!

Kind of disappointed.
I was very excited when I ordered this product. The videos and available info was great. This machine would be 5 stars all day. Except there’s 1 very important problem. It’s not accurate. About one third of the balls it throws are not even close to where I set it to throw. That means one third of my drilling time was wasted. If this machine cost $1,000, I would be more forgiving. But for $2,000 bucks, I believe this machine should put every ball within 5-6 inches of where you set it throw. The ability to create drills is awesome, but if you’re trying to grove a swing by hitting 85 shots in a row…. this isn’t the machine for you.

Very helpful!
I love that the different drills on the machine can be controlled and modified via the machine’s app. Our friends also benefit from our machine when we drill with it and look forward to using it all the time.

Faulty battery
This machine stopped working after using it 3 times. Battery sent with machine would not hold a charge so had to replace the battery and it was very expensive. After paying as much for the machine, the least they could do is sell it with a working battery

Buyer beware all Spinshot models
I bought my ball machine just over two years ago, and now it is completely unusable. My version is the Spinshot Player, which allows you to control the machine from your phone. This is supposed to be their top of the line offering... the best machine they sell. So problems with this model makes me vary wary of all of the lower tier models. The first huge issue is that the app has never worked. There are many reviews now on that subject, so I won't belabor the point. The biggest issue is that the machine has now become a very expensive PAPER WEIGHT because the control panel has failed. The panel was probably always defective, which is why the app would never connect to the machine. Originally I chalked it up to android app issues (again, see other reviews). But now, the feeder that spins in order to launch the balls never stops turning. That means that when you're on the baseline, a second ball is launched before you have even made contact with the first ball. This makes it completely unusable for practice since all balls are launched in under two minutes.(Try to hit 100 balls in about 100 seconds. I did once and people were laughing at me because it looked so ridiculous.)I have tried over and over to get some help from customer support, specifically Jason who is probably one of the owners. I have sent many photos of the inside of my machine over the course of innumerable emails, and spent far to long troubleshooting and fiddling with this very expensive piece of junk. (I attached a few of the photos from the most recent set of emails.) We have determined that this new feeder issue is due to a defective control pannel. So they will replace the part, right? No.The best help that customer support Jason could give me is telling me to buy another control panel for $300. That is absolutely ridiculous, but I don't have much option since it is either buy the new part and hope that it will work for longer than 2 years, or use it to prop a door open.To top off the experience, I purchased the control panel last week, and have had to send even more info and photos to customer support in order to "make sure the model is correct". It has now been nearly a week and I have never received any shipping information, so I have yet another email in to them to see what is going on.Don't get me wrong. On paper this machine ticks all the boxes. If it worked as advertised I would love it. Part of the reason I bought it was because I saw reviews stating that customer support was very good. So when I had issues, I expected to get it repaired quickly and for free. But that is certainly not what has happened in my experience.Summary:- Poor product design- Poor quality control- Terrible customer support- Possible waste of $2K if you happen to get a defective unit
