It's a good case for a clumsy person like me! My phone is now well looked after. They sent the wrong case first but refunded and resolved easily. I really like the back stand which I use as a pop it when walking and looking at my phone.

Can't fault this product has protected my phone on the numerous times its fallen on various surfaces without a scratch left in the aftermath. If you need a phone case that not only looks good but also works perfectly to protect phone look no further the additional stand on back is a nice touch also

Nice thick case, which is good cause I don't like how thin phones feel, including the note 10+. Not dropped testing it, but it feels like it could take a drop or few and provide protection to the phone. Easy install without many issues. A big plus is the usb c port cover and slot which is fairly easy to uncover to connect charger\headphones and seems to fit some of the larger head usb cables, which I've seen other cases fail to do in other phones.The only thing that drops a star is the kickstand isn't the easiest to unfold if fully clicked in. You either need strong long nails, a coin, keys, a pen, etc to pop it out. Luckily it seems most reasonably sized tool will work (e.g. a £1 coin worked, despite it's thickness). Once deployed it's at good viewing angles so it's a decent stand and does what is advertised. Access to S-Pen is also there. Would only need to take the case off to swap sim or micro SD card (and how often would you do that.I know it's a sore point for some, but no built in screen protector. However the Note 10+ comes with one as standard, so this is a none issue (so not contributing to the lost star). To my surprise, despite being advertised saying it does so I shouldn't be, it does allow wireless charging without the removal of the case, as I tested with an older official samsung wireless fast charger.The only use that may require taking the case off at all might just be using the old Samsung Dex dock (that was released for the Note 8) as with the case it is a bit too thick to fit in, but I believe that is a common issue with any case, from past experiance. Using dex via cables works fine.

Good quality item had a small snag but the company did something awesome as part of customer service that I wasn't expecting this will guarantee I'm going to be looking at this company first for cases in the future

Really great case, very impressed with the overall quality. Protects your expensive smartphone everywhere it needs to whilst still giving access to relevant parts, buttons are responsive and the dust cover for the charging port works great (a little stiff but fits very well).Overall, I would definitely recommend and will be buying again.

Very very happy. My phone feels safe in this case. Takes a little getting used to playing horizontal as the phone is already huge this adds a little bulk but I like it

After not even a year of usage the clip on the back snapped and would not stay put. This case has no protection levels whatsoever with both the back glass shattered and a cracked front screen in 3 parts, this was from a fall off a sofa. If you want something to protect your phone from falls, dont choose this!
