This is a nice product. The display is bright and the remote was easy to use and a good size. After a second try at getting this product, I got the remote to pair with the vest easily. So, I got a blinking line and got all the light patterns to show (turn left or right, etc) to light up with a push of the remote. When I cycled through all the different LED patterns, they were bright and looked good. An added bonus feature that I think is really great (and thoughtful!) is that when you push the remote, it lights up with a white LED to show you that its changed the display on the vest. It's easy for you to know that what you push is actually being displayed. This is key, because once you have the vest on, you can't see what its doing at all (of course).

The media could not be loaded.  The vest is pretty good. The control switch is very EASY to use.If the battery runs low you need to rely on the reflective silver patches - I wish they were MORE reflective.As long as you have battery power you can rest assured the LED light is VERY powerful, and can be seen from a great distance.The size of the best is the main limiting factor. It is too small for both adults in our home to wear as designed. Thankfully it hangs just fine even if you cannot join the hook-and-loop (like Velcro) fasteners around your waist.You need to have your own micro USB cable to charge the unit, but I doubt there are many households that don't have a drawer full of various USB cables, so that's not a problem.Not long ago we came across an emergency on the freeway, we were first on scene, a man was in medical distress and he was wondering all over the side of the highway. My spouse tried to help the people while I tried to warn traffic to slow down while I called 911. Having a safety vest in my car in case similar events happen again will help me to stay safe while assisting others. I think everyone should keep a saftety vest in their vehicle.

This is a little bit smaller than I thought it was going to be, but I bought it more for the turn signal capabilities than anything. I bought it for my son who is in high school and has to stay late a couple nights a week for his theatre tech class. Since both my husband and I work, we can’t always pick him up, and sometimes he rides his bike. While the ride isn’t particularly far, it makes me somewhat nervous for him to be riding his bike after dark in a high traffic area. Now at least he has an additional light on his bike to help drivers see him, and he can signal his turns in a fashion that they can see as well. It was a small price to pay for the peace of mind it provides and the product functions as advertised. Highly recommend for kids who sometimes ride their bikes in the dark!

I used this for biking to and from work in the darkness. It works very well, though I have a gripe with the way they expected the remote to stay on your bike. They literally just provided a twist tie like you'd use for your bread. Thankfully it has a clip so I clipped it to my phone case instead.I haven't got run over yet, so I'd recommend this.

Update: I contacted customer service and they offered me a full refund to order another replacement. The reply and action was super fast, less than a day or two. Excellent customer support, just be wary about the product quality.Original review:It was great for a month... until it stopped charging. The charging adapter was poorly soldered to the control board and and fell off. Now it's unable to be charged. Trying to get in contact with customer support, but haven't had any luck.Overall, avoid this product, the plastic housing casing and wire port weren't made to last when fastening it to your back/backpack. Will update if there's any customer support...

On a bike, you can easily indicate using your arms. Not so much on a scooter, where you need a hand to brake or hold the throttle, and where shifting weight can cause you to swerve in the road, so this seemed like a good solution.The idea: Install a little remote on the handlebars which sent an LED turn signal to a reflective vest worn on back or backpack (per manufacturer).The reality: The LED signals on the vest did not have an auto-off or a limited blink, which meant anything selected would continue until I held the brake button for ~2 seconds. As the remote did not show what was happening on the vest, I had no idea whether I had successfully cancelled the signal and spent far too much time and mental effort trying to figure out what car drivers were seeing. This actually made it *less* safe, as I was more distracted and car drivers did not know what maneuver to expect. In addition, the remote kept slipping, making it hard to press any buttons (that could be fixed, if desired) and the vest straps were too short to actually wrap around a backpack.In short, while the concept was good the actual reality made me less safe. So I'm returning this one, but will keep an eye out for one that has the necessary features. When I find one with an auto-stop, I'll probably buy it.

This is an excellent vest if you are a small person. Anyone over 6 feet tall would have difficulty having the best wrap around your body. I gave the vest to a 5'9 girl and it barely fit around her waist. This best is excellent but is designed for a very thin small runner.

This is such a cool add-on not only for some extra storage, it's GREAT visible, easy to use, Rechargable, safety product. Does "Everything the discription says"! Yes I ABSOLUTELY recommend it, I Love mine!!!
