Very easy to assemble, was perfect height for our hot tub.

Good quality and easy to put together, I recommend it.

The good: sturdy, slip-free, and cost-effective spa steps. Made of reinforced plastic so rot isn’t an issue.The bad: use a rubber mallet and be sure to get the plastic plugs completely flush with the steps or it will wobble. They give you two extra plastic plugs in case you break them, but they are thick and sturdy and I was unable to break any of them. Pound one in at a time and check for any extra bits of plastic on the posts before starting - you can easily clean them up with a sharp knife if needed.The ugly: I wish they were either black or grey. Brown doesn’t really go with the colour of my tub, but it does match my brown fence I guess. :)

Love those steps. Bought them for my new spa. they were easy to assemble and they are very nice. There is even small 3M pieces that can be stuck under the step for extra grip with the floor. I'm super happy with my purchase.I find them a bit wobbly when I use them but still, they never broke or anything so it's just me being a bit over cautious.I'd buy them again!

Plastic locking caps don't stay in place. Had even as per instructions to hit with hammer to install. I used a ten lbs dead blow hammer.Caps don't stay in place.

Very strong and look good. Put together in minutes though you really have to hit the connectors hard to make sure they hold.......worked perfectly

My daughter fell off the first time she stepped on them. Stairs are not sturdy, they are wobbly and dangerous. Return shipping for this unsafe item isn't covered either
