I got this clay set so the kids could start customizing their duplicate LOL dolls and am glad I did. I wasn’t sure what to expect but actually am happy with the set. It came with a wide variety of different colors and a pretty good amount of each. Your most used colors came with more than one portion which I really liked.The function of the clay is on point; it’s easy to mold and doesn’t dry too quickly like some others we’ve gotten. It’s lightweight, smooth, and doesn’t have any funky smells to it. Overall, it’s really good quality. One thing I was really impressed with was that it doesn’t dry to a breakable texture like many others. This was a huge plus and, in my opinion, puts them above the rest.I will warn it is somewhat on the sticky side which is the only reason I am giving it four stars instead of five. Other than that, clay was perfect and is something I’d definitely recommend. This is VERY kid-friendly and much better than playdoh. It’s really fun to play with and one of the things I liked about the clay is that its cool to touch.Thumbs up!

The bad:When I pulled these out of the box they were way lighter than I was expecting them to be. I squished one of the bags and it seemed as if most of the bulk was due to tiny pockets of air. This is not what I expected. The clay is too soft and malleable to support is own weight while it dries.The good: Each color come in it's own resealable bag. It's very easy to get it out of the bag and doesn't stick or break the bag while you're taking it out. The colors are very cute and a wide variety. It doesn't take 20 minutes of kneading in your hand to get it workable. Comes with a few tools. When it dries it has a spongy and soft feel to it that my daughter loves. The instruction booklet has instructions to make very well known characters such as SpongeBob and Pikachu. This clay doesn't stick to things as much as regular clay so cleanup is easy. No need for any kind of glue to make pieces stick together. I took away 2 stars because it wasn't what I was looking for but I gave it 3 because it's still good clay and my daughter had hours of fun without using it all up. A proper description would've cleared everything up. I would still recommend it for what it is.

All the colors are great. I don't stress too much about her mixing the colors and then being upset cuz there's just so many colors still left.Very soft, almost a bit too soft / sticky at first but soon goes away. I thought it was going to be like polymer clay but it is more light and fluffy. Like shaving cream slime.Came just in time because the playdoh was getting a little bit hard. Tossed that and this is much easier for her to work with, roll out, squeeze through her playdoh-working toys.I also used some to cover some fake dinosaur eggs in a colorful fashion. Dried/firmed up nicely with almost a rubbery end result. I would say dri it would peal /tear more than it would crumble or crack or break (as I think of true clay doing).All in all, a winner. These would make great party favors. One set could be divided up between a lot of happy kids.

i thought all these clays were probably all made the cheapest possible way and would all be the same- not true, these ones are lower quality.a reason alone to buy another brand is that these don't come in resealable bags.but these are extra bad because the quality of the clay is so low that it actually sticks to the bag...the overall texture is stickier and harder to work with.just get another brand, the other ones ive tried have all been better

This is a must have product. I was shocked when it arrived with the packaging was so neat and tidy. The colors were fun and bold. They were individually packaged for easy use. The clay was usable and mold-able. Soft and no off putting smells. My children have loved this. I have even made a few items. We will definitely be purchasing this item again. Great item for an amazing price.

This was not what I was expecting when I ordered this modeling clay. It almost reminds me of slime, it has a wet texture. It definitely is not clay, not even "play-doh" texture. It was hard to smooth out the surface when finalizing. My son created a character train, and while it was drying it started to flatten, "melt". It wouldn't hold it's shape. Can only do simple shapes with it, hard to do any details. I guess it might work for the younger kids who just wants to create simple projects.

My daughter has declared that she's going to be like Nerdy Crafter and Mariah Elizabeth on Youtube. So, Santa brought her this box of clay.There are clay figures all over the place. Today, the very last package turned into a brown dragon, complete with wings and spikes on the tail. It takes a day or so to dry and it's similar in softness and squishability to a dry sponge at that point and relatively sturdy. The Bendy face that went on her laptop made it through a lot of abuse before finally losing a point.This is a good buy. The clays come out soft, my six year old figured out how to store them in the zip-up bags right away, we have no problems or complaints. Will buy again!

We have a 4 year old that is obsessed with art. He spends most of his day coloring, painting, modeling...he is also autistic so this dough is a good outlet for him, both physically and creatively.I will say that this clay does have a lot of air bubbles in it. So once it comes out of the individual bags, it is much less when squished. In our situation, though, it doesn't really matter. Our son loves the variety of colors. And if left to mold to his hearts desire, there would be none left to dry out unused.Depending on your situational needs this is a great buy.
