Dara is so real and relaxed in the kitchen. She makes shifting to a radically new lifestyle completely approachable. And her happy personality makes you want to know her (I wish I did!) Perfect for just about anyone.
I'm a big fan Of Ms. Dubinet and I've followed over the years, however these DVD's!~ she really outdid herself on so many levels. The quality of the DVD's and level of information and entertainment was absolutely perfect. I would suggest this video for anyone at any age or sex to check this out and how tasty and healing healthy food can be.
