Hose pipe- easy to use
I have only had it for a few days, so far so good . This is easy to fit, and so easy to wind up, unlike the plastic hoses, it’s flexible and light. I love it

Fine for the Average garden
Took the hose out for a test drive. Straight out of the box I just had to unscrew the smaller size tap fitting and screw the larger one to my outdoor tap. The hose push fits neatly on to that. My garden is not quite 50 feet and the hose was a little short of that so I question the length that is advertised. However it does the job. Please consider getting a longer one for anything over 40 feet. The multi spray head also snaps on easily. There were no leaks except for a slight drip at the handle end.I turned the taps on gently to allow the hose to fill first them increased the pressure.Everything works fine but the pressure the narrow hose gives is less than my previous hose which had a strong stream. That was a Garden gear of similar size. The core of the steel hose is smaller.Saying that, there is nothing wrong with this hose so long as you don't have high expectations.Waters the garden well, would be fine on a car but is you wanted to spray the upstairs window I don't think it will manage that. I will try later and report back if it can. There are no kinks, it does not feel heavy and my Aldi multi head also fits it and gives a slightly better mist spray, which I use a lot, so I'm happy with that.My last hose was on a reel so I'm looking for the best storage medium for this new one. Something that does not entail drilling my wall.Additional - Just over a month now and the hose is fine. One problem. It gets tangled up easily. Takes time to sort out each time I use it. I have bought an over the tap hook to see if that helps.Got an over the tap hook and it works great. Easy to store the hose now and no more knots.

Flow too low to be usable
We bought three of these to replace our existing hoses which are forever getting kinked and damaged. Initial impressions were great, they truly are kink resistant and look to be good quality but when we tried to use them a major issue became clear. They restrict the flow to such an extent that the sprinkler had an effective range of about 1M (against 5+ with our old pipe) and the hand held gun would not reach the back of the flower-bed even on jet position whereas the old hose easily reached the back on any setting. Sadly if you need a good flow these are not for you (or us) and we had to return them.

Light garden hose
Hose is easy to extend around the garden as it is very light weight and doesn't leak. Very good value for money.

Great hose, but no spare parts available.
I've had this hose for a year, and I love it, BUT the part that connects the tap to the hose cracked over the winter, the company doesn't do spare parts, and they don't seem to exist anywhere else.My advice if you're going to buy this hose (and I still think you probably should) is to register your extended warranty (I didn't do that, you can do it on their website), don't leave it outside over winter, and keep a short length of normal hose stashed somewhere, in case the same thing happens to you. My fix is to attach normal hose to the tap, and then a hozelock connector to the other end of like 15cm of normal hose, and then click the steel hose into the connector. It's not pretty, but it works. If you don't have an old hose, you can buy short lengths for a couple of quid on amazon too.So basically the hose is worth buying, but don't leave it outside over winter, and be prepared to bodge it.
