Wanting to share a picture of the defect to the sellers attention.
The unit seems good in every way, (correct frame, hp, etc), except one of the mounting bolts is missing, and I can hear it rattling on the inside of the motor. Am hoping to return it and order a new one. I would be happy with an exchange. Not sure what happened with my requests to return the item. It took ~9 days before I got a response (I made 3 requests-2 to them and 1 to amazon). UR Direct said they never got the message. Apparently there is a phone number listed that I could have called to talk to them. Once I got the return label and they received the item, they were prompt with the refund. I did have to eat the $25 postage costs. I also called the manufacturer, they said I had to return the item to the seller, the item was still under warranty. The request to return system does not allow photos.
