Excellent Cabbage Shredder
There are several of these listed for sale and I took a chance on this one even though the others had more reviews. Glad I did. Best deal and it does a fantastic job of shredding cabbage for sauerkraut. Very thin slices. Just be sure to only use your hands on the outside of the wooded frame, don't get your hands anywhere near these sharp blades. Read the instructions.

Perfect Cabbage Shredder for my needs
Easy to use and does a great job. The shredding is not too thick, which was my concern. Perfect for cabbage. Highly recommend the slash resistant gloves as one could easy cut a finger with the really sharp blade.

The board that had the cutting knives warped and the box slide would not move. The company refunded my money with no hassles. Stone Creek Trading said they were looking into the problem, so will try them again.

Well designed and well constructed. Very easy to operate and clean. Keep your fingers away from the blades, they are sharp. Just the right size for everyday use.
