Garden of Life mykind Organics Vitamin C Organic Spray Orange-Tangerine, 58 ml, (Pack of 1)

The Garden of Life Vitamin C Spray is something I was interested in to up my vitamin C intake each day and hoped to improve immunity. I had wanted the vitamin in spray form because of the effectiveness they have because of the ease of absorbing them that you don't seem to get in tablet form and this was the only one I could find.I was quite put off by the price but I thought I'd try it out as there were no other options I am aware of anyway. Each day you can take five sprays which will give you the recommended amount of vitamin C, 60g. This is higher than the amount recommended by the NHS but I have taken this amount regardless and not had a problem with it.I like how the spray is made from whole food ingredients and mostly comes from amla berries which are naturally high in vitamin C and has nothing unecessary added (no added sugars, artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners or preservatives). The vitamin tastes delicious and although it is not a typical orange/tangerine flavour that I'd expect, it does taste lovely and not bad at all.I have found by taking this vitamin each day I've felt a difference in how I'm feeling and immunity. Before using this spray I would get colds quite often and now I can't remember the last time I've had one which is amazing! Unfortunately when using daily the bottle does run out rather quickly and will only last about a month. For the price I don't feel this is very long but I have kept buying it because of the difference it's made.I think this is a great way to get some vitamin C and so easy and convenient to use. I would recommend it as I have felt a difference, it's just a shame about the price!

It tastes very good but within hours I was head to toe in hives and my face was swollen. Had to take antihistamines for three days. I've never been allergic to anything in my life before! Not the fault of the manufacturers but it does go to show that caution is probably best when introducing new and unusual foodstuffs.

When talking about vitamin C, you want to go for a food based organic one. It will get absorbed better and will not cause any stomach upsets.You can actually feel the rush up to your head when taking this.I recommend to combine with a high dosed vitamin D spray, taken together.

I love the flavour!!! So funny for a healthy vitamin. I highly recommend this. Vitamin c is so important for the immune system and this taste great. Plus no nasties added to it. Was well packaged too

Not sure what to say, feel should have been half the price, did not notice any benefits. But maybe it was just an odd batch, as have seen lots of good things written about this product.

it's a bit on the expensive side, but a good way to take Vit. C when needed. More easily absorbed,no additives, fillers or any other nasties,and of course it's organic!

I’ve never used a spray vitamin before....It’s just not for me. I prefer to use either a gummy or vitamin capsule. I won’t be buying again. Didn’t finish the bottle.
