Works great for grilling vegetables. We spray a bit of oil on the bottom of pan and load up brussel sprouts, asparagus and sliced zucchini in a single layer. Add a bit more spray oil and salt & pepper. Put on medium heat grill for 10 - 15 minutes (flipping veggies once halfway through) and they turn out perfect every time. Clean up is easy. Let the pan cool, wash with sponge and dish detergent and let dry in drying rack. We have used it 2-4 times a week for a year and its still in great shape. It is also the right size for sliding into the grill and still being able to close top.

Used this tonight. Gave my chicken some lovely sear marks (cooked on gas stovestop). It did smoke a lot during preheating but I'm thinking that was because it was first use. (I did wash and soak it beforehand.)I wish it came with a detachable handle because sometimes I like to sear stuff on the stove top, but finish in the oven. Transfers to oven would be a little tricky with this unless you use heat resistant gloves.

I love this pan. I needed to replace my older pan like this. The only complaint some people might have is the weight of the pan. It is a heavy, well-made pan. I am very pleased with it.

I love this grill pan. It's a perfect size for 4 chicken thighs. The fact that I could put it in the grill is an added benefit because my grates are so nasty. Easy peezy clean up.

I'm really pleased with this pan! So much so, that I also purchased Nordic Ware's other grill pan of the same size but with a long handle which can be used on my induction cooktop burner, while using this one on the glass/electric burner. This one can be used in the oven as well. These pans are not "cast iron heavy" but have enough weight to resist warping using moderate heat and are much easier to clean than other grill pans I've had, including far more expensive ones. These conduct heat efficiently, and don't require a high heat to grill effectively--use medium heat or just slightly higher to avoid burning meats & to preserve the structural integrity of the pan.

Makes the best grilled foods. Love it. I’ve only used on stove top but the grill marks are amazing.

Absolutely amazing grill!! The look the feel of it and everything about it was great.will highly recommend it!!A small compact pan to cook 2 large steaks at a time!! Good buy and a great price too!!
