Fabric not plastic
They fit my small grand boy who just turned 3 years old, but allowed for his 5 year old brother and 6 year old sister to play with him. Cape's light weight cloth not plastic. So they should get quite a few adventures out of them.Loved this product

well made and very cute
I bought this for my 3 year old grandson. He has not received it yet, but he is very in to superheroes, so I am quite sure it will be a hit. I like that I has four well known heroes. The masks and wrist bands are a nice extra.
