It would be much better if the pieces are heavier and two extra queen chess pieces should be included

Beautifully crafted wood. Chess pieces with felt bottoms are not weighted and not magnetized. Perfect beginner's chess set. Very pleased with purchase!

Felt like it was going to fall apart. The pieces had very little weight, and I’m taking their size into consideration. The board also had a strange texture to it that is unappealing. Returned immediately.

As someone who loves chess, this set was perfect. I've only had it for a little bit but so far it looks beautiful from the outside and the pieces are nice. There are multiple pros. Its a perfect size for portability, (important as a college student). The pieces are light and everything seems well made. One of my favorite things is the interior. The green velvet is nice and with slots for each piece you can make sure not to lose any. It also makes it so much easier to move and set up. Overall, a great set for a good price and very excited to play. Only downside is that the pieces could be a bit heavier just for a nicer feel and that the board is a little small, (but I personally prefer it).
