ECCOMen's Xpedition Iii Low Rise Hiking Shoes

Excellent buy for the qualty of these walking shoes. Smart enough to wear when walking in town.

I'd had a pair of these shoes for close on 10 years before they started to give up, so I bought this new pair and they look and feel just as good as the earlier version had and the waterproofing is excellent.. I'll be very happy if these last as long as the last pair.

These shoes are (to my mind) very comfortable. But you must break them in gently over time. After a few days of I go out in the rain, even though they're waterproof, it actually helps. This is probably my 10th pair over the years. Good shoe, looses a star because of the 18 month life span (worn every day). Like Like like.

Excellent Ecco walking product as usual - fully waterproof and good grip. Comfortable from first use.

Too small for my foot size

Superb fit, feels solid and safe... with huge grip on uneven surfaces and rocks.

These Ecco shoes are great. They are very comfortable and required no break in. The size was exactly what I expected, this is my second pair of Ecco. The gore-tex lining has been a real plus. We’ve had a lot of rain this year. Dry feet are warm feet.

Wenn man dann ein wenig mehr Geld in die Hand nimmt, gibt es bei Ecco dann doch noch das, was Gore Tex verspricht: Der Schuh ist wasserdicht.Dazu gibt er genug Halt und Grip, ohne unbequem zu werden. Ich trage den Schuh mit orthopädischen Einlagen.Geht doch.

I had no brand awareness of hiking shoes when I looked for one earlier this year. So, my girlfriend helped me pick these out as they 'were not as ugly as the rest.' I agreed because I was worried about potential rainy hikes this year in Glacier National Park and Yellowstone, and let me say, I am so glad I spent the money on these. My feet were nice and dry inside these, with constant rain during multiple days of rainy five-hour hikes! I was blown away. Additionally, the traction was so good that it made me feel more comfortable on the rougher parts of some of the trails, especially when the rocks were wet on the side of a cliff. I cannot recommend these enough if you plan on going hiking in rainy conditions and want to avoid spending the day with soaking wet shoes (which is what my girlfriend did along the same hikes because she didn't want a pair).
