This watch is great for your child that wants to feel like he/she has a smart watch and works well for the price. What impressed me particularly was this company's customer service. Part of the band broke and I reached out requesting a replacement piece... instead, I got a new watch free of charge! I wasn't expecting that and they couldn't have been easier to engage with or more helpful. Thank you!

I bought this for my 8yrs old niece Christmas gift. Once she opened it she came running in the kitchen, give me a hug and said "thank you auntie I love it" .... Ran to her parents and said "aunty got me a smart watch! Very happy and excited nothing matters more than that. *Sidenote* this is someone whom I usually buy gifts for, who some times barely said thank you but " I like it" in the lowest energy possible.

It is good but not as I expected

Originally, first watch I bought stopped working ...The seller contacted me to make it right...offered me a refund, but my daughter loved the watch , we were happy with a replacement...My little girl is so happy....fun watch, cool child games!

Not very user friendly

So I read all those reviews about the scratched up screen but bought it anyway. Turns out the manufacturer is correct in saying THERE IS A PROTECTIVE FILM ON IT and once you peel that off (which is scratched and looks very similar to pictures posted) the screen underneath is SPOTLESS. Just thought this seller was owed a five star simply for that due to all the one stars they have received simply due to negligent buyers.

I am so disappointed in this. The reviews made it sound like it would be a good starter for a 7 year old, but it is absolutely a terrible product. Anytime she sets the timer, it freezes. If she plays a game, it freezes. If she charges it, the screen goes black and it freezes. We have factory reset it 3 times and, you guessed it, frozen again. Absolutely do not waste your money or energy on this watch or you'll be stuck with a $25 "watch" that doesn't tell time, doesn't play games, doesn't take pictures, and is too light to be a paperweight.

Would have been a great watch as my daughter enjoyed it for a few days. She only wroe it when we went to stores so that she would be entertained by her watch instead of trying to touch and see everything. I finally had the opportunity to play around with it to figure out how things work. I got to the camera and then the photos. There was a photo was of a shadow man that looked very creepy. I deleted the photo and went to the camera, in the background, I saw that shadow man. I went back to the homescreen and finally noticed that the shadow man was in the background of every screen.Im not sure if we received a used watch but something is not right about this watch. I decided to go with a more trusted brand.
