This was like a trial and error for me, these pills definitely give you energy , suppress your appetite, make you feel and think SHARP! I did lose weight ! Even if I didn’t exercise...My only thing is ... since I smoke marijuana... it defeated the purpose cause I would always have the munchies. So I’ll definitely be back 😂 otherwise I guarantee it 100% just have a stern plan & stick to it.

No effect at all. I am in a keto diet and it doesn't change anything. Waste of money. I read one of the reviews saying a waist of money, I wasn't smart enough to believe it, I choose the hard way🤣

This is a high dose dose, if it's your first time taking them start with a lower formula. The instructions say take two but I only took one just to see how my body reacted. I'm glad I did because even with one pill I was getting horrible stomach cramps and diarrhea. I had to stop taking them.

Seeing great results with hunger control, extra energy, activity level has increased and I’m sleeping better.

These did nothing for me. In fact, even as I still watched diet, I think I gained a pound or two. Save your money.

I’ve only been taking this for a few days, so it’s probably too early to review. I haven’t seen, or felt, any difference yet. Still hoping that it will work as advertised. I’ll give it awhile yet before asking for a refund.

I have been on keto diets for 2 years. I bought this product to boost me into Ketosis. It did not.

I noticed no difference at all. No change to appetite or energy level and certainly no difference in weight loss and I did a fitness program at the same time! I’m 3 weeks in. Will not order again.
