I recently purchased the Willow Lake Farms Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar set. The olive oil has a refined olive flavor which is lovely on fresh leafy green lettuce. The Balsamic is as fine a vinegar as that which is produced in Italy. A true rich burgundy color with an amazing texture and just enough kick to be interesting. These are wonderful products that will compliment a variety of dishes. As a gift, It is an outstanding value that would make a fabulous addition to any pantry. To top it off, their customer service is exemplary. Absolutely Five Stars!

I gave this set to an ITALIAN friend. She is an amazing cook, born and raised in Italy. I was a little afraid to give her American products when she uses Italian most of the time. But I had read great reviews on these products (at places other than Amazon) and thought it was worth a try. She was delighted. Both are delicious and can be used in her wonderful recipes. I'm very pleased that I was able to satisfy an Italian with the American products!

The oil and vinegar are on decent quality but they gift bag looks terrible. All beat up and wrinkled upon delivery. I would not give this as a gift unless you plan to re-wrap it.

Very very happy with this product. Willow Lake Farms EVOO and Dark Balsamic Vinegar are the very best that I've ever tasted. Far Superior in quality and taste over other MORE EXPENSIVE versions at e.g. Williams Sonoma. The perfect dipping combo to superbly enhance French bread to make a basic meal into a SPECIAL affair. THIS IS WELL WORTH THE PRICE. QUALITY ALL THE WAY!!
