First, the good news: These are lovely, high-quality candles. I used them in a memorial service, and several attendees at the event commented upon how nice the votives were. The glass containers are thick and sturdy, the candles are a nice white/cream color, and the burn time is great.Now, the not-so-good news: One box of candles arrived with several damaged votives. I've attached a picture to show the damage. It shows an unopened package of candles with two of the votive candles shattered. It appears as though the glass broke in part because of the way the shipping box was packaged. Two of the boxes of candles were packed on top of one another, top to top, so that the votives were facing one another, with nothing in between them. I've suggested to the seller that they might think about placing a piece of cardboard or some soft packaging materials between boxes of votives that are going to be shipped on top of one another.Other than this packaging/shipping problem, the candles are of a high quality, and I'd recommend them.UPDATE, 7/23/2020: I wrote to the seller and explained about the broken candles. They immediately refunded way more money than the three broken candles were worth, and they did so quickly, without any hassles or questions asked. The customer service was excellent. This is a company that stands by its products and truly cares about its making its customers happy. Thus, I am upgrading my review from 4 to 5 stars.

Really helped look of centerpieces

Flame is very small and candle extinguishes itself after a bit of burning. Very disappointing. Purchased as a votive for inside handmade luminary gifts, so unfortunately it’s past the return window.

Needing 150+ candles for my 9 hour wedding reception, I searched and searched and read every review! Hands down I was very happy with these candles. They arrived on time, not one candle was damaged, they were all evenly filled with wax and all were still burning at the end of the reception. Definitely trim the wicks down before burning to ensure a lower flame. Excellent value and product!

These arrived timely, but one of them was broken. As I needed them the next day for a party, I kept them. Also, the wax barely comes halfway up the votive container, so they don’t burn as long as a normal sized votive candle does. The packaging seemed fine, so I suspect the item was already broken before packed into the shipping box. These did not have any scent, which was what I wanted.

These candles last a long time and every bit is used. After the first 2 hour burn it's clear that you made a good choice.

We use these candles in our Church for all saints day and Christmas, Easy to light and long burning. We also use outdoors as the glass protects the flame from wind and the glass protects the frame from spreading where we don't want it to. All candles lit at night very impressive.

I was hoping to love these candles but they do not give off light while burning. If you pour some of the wax out then they start glowing like candles. Very disappointed.

Good & long lasting

Buscaba unas velas que no creasen riesgos en su combustión, las de base plástica o sin base, o dejaban restos en los sitios donde se consumían o llegaban a consumir peligrosamente el continente. Éstas son de excelente desempeño, se consumen completamente sin dejar restos en los sitios donde se colocan, iluminando en todo momento con luz cálida y brillante, quizás la única pega es que ya al final de uso, la cera esta completamente líquida con lo cual podría ser un riesgo volcarla o re-encenderlas.El empaquetado es muy seguro, con cartones de separación entre las velas, y permite almacenarlas en el propio paquete.

These are perfect fo what I wanted them for and when they're finished I can use the glass as a holder for tea lights.

Perfect size and none were broken, will be using for table decor for wedding
