I feel a bit of a diffrence
I bought these as a protein supplement as I don’t eat meat or fish, after a few weeks I do feel a bit of a difference, slightly more energy but it not an answer to all your protein needs, but as supplement it’s ok, the tablet are easy to swallow and if you have to chew first they don’t taste terrible, enjoy your day :)

Had to throw away more than half as expiry date was less than 3 months vs delivery date. Shame.

Vivid green tablets - seem good
I've just started taking these as opposed to the powder version of spirulina, as these are more convenient. The tablets are well pressed and vivid green.

Organic spirulina tablets
So the description states these are :-Organic spirulina tablets (540 x 500mg) - rich in protein, vitamins, antioxidants, iron, low calories - 19% of phycocyanin - strengthens hair and nails - french expertise.Consisting of 60% protein, Spirulina has a concentration 3 times higher than meat. Win win.Start with one tablet for 3 days, then 3 tablets per day with meals. What I noticed is make sure you take them with food because they tend to repeat on me if I didn't. So I've got use to having breakfast and then popping the pills with a glass of water. Job done.Being vegetarian I need a extra source of protein and I had been told spirulina was good for you but the only place I had seen it before was uncle Bryn on gavin n Stacey. When they had a green shot of it... But I really didn't fancy doing that.Research shows that:-Spirulina is a potent source of nutrients. It contains a powerful plant-based protein called phycocyanin. Research shows this may have antioxidant, pain-relief, anti-inflammatory, and brain-protective properties. Many antioxidants in spirulina have anti-inflammatory effects in the body.
