This product has fullfilled my expectations quite nicely,one thing that i was not expecting and had not checked prior to ordering it was the weight,it has that sort of heft that when you grab hold of it instantly put’s your mind to ease, the function of the lighter just works, it took me a moment to figure out where the ignition switch was,but all was well after that,i’ve actually for the time being been using this product to singe the ends of some paracord projects I’m working on and for that it creates a singed end similar to what a butane lighter can provide meaning that the end is not burnt,but rather has a clear haze over the end creating a very nice finishing touch to my projects.

I LOVE this!! It's beautiful and sleek on my coffee table and perfect for lighting my fireplace and candles. I love that it's rechargeable by USB cable.YES, i have pets and the sound of ignition was noticable to them but didn't seem to "hurt" their hearing? It was more of a getting used to an unknown, but I will keep a close eye on this to continue to confirm because my pets are priority here.

Worked at first then after sitting for a period of time will not work. Recharged still non functioning. Looks nice but would rather have it function properly.

Started out great - now barely works.Seems that there’s a loose connection somehow and I’ve been very gentle using this product / only lighting a few candlesMaybe they have a Cust service number (I didn’t look yet)

I've been using this for a few weeks now and it works perfect for lighting my old Wedgewood stove. I turned off the pilots to save gas. It feels solid and heavy. The retracting function is good to protect the tips. I have no complaints.

I have severe arthritis in my fingers and can no longer get the regular ones to light. This has been a godsend to me. Plus this lighter is very stylish.Update...After less than 3 months the lighter will not charge.

I bought this lighter because reviews said it does not emmit a high pitched noise during operation. I was delighted to find that it just produced a gentle hiss when turned on. I loved using this lighter. The arc was strong, it was quiet, and it was very aesthetically pleasing. I was extremely disappointed when it died after not even a month of use. First the charging LED stop turning on when the lighter was plugged in. Afterwards it would start squealing when turned on, and after a couple days later the plasma arc wouldn't turn on. I am extremely disappointed with this product. I cannot recommend it.
