Great bag for your car or backpack
Not sure what the other reviewer ordered, but I got supplies packed inside the box along with the bag.PROS: Lots of pouches, MOLLE backing for car headrest and backpacks, good generalized trauma supplies, sturdy, quick detach pouch makes passing specific supplies easy.CONS: Not water-proof, no real good place to hold shears, back and front are not stiff and not backed by a card, supplies will only treat single victims, MOLLE backing not sold individually. If you're looking to just get the bag and stock it yourself, then check out the listing: "Lightning X Products Large IFAK Trauma Bag for Car Head Rest"The bag has a lot of room to it and is well organized. The quick detach pouch is a great idea if you want to store some PPE to throw to someone assisting, or however you want to arrange it. There are a lot of pouches and numerous flexible straps to hold or hook various gear. And as long as you have it properly organized and secured, your stuff will easily stay put when you flop the kit open.My only gripes are that the pack is not waterproof, so you may want to cover it if its on a backpack and you need to need to ensure that your supplies are secured in ziplock bags if you're taking this backpacking. There also isn't any good pouch for holding your shears. There are loops you can easily use to hold it, but they're kind of flimsy. Not a deal breaker, but you might want to MOLLE on an additional IFAK to the front that has better/dedicated shear holder. Last gripe is that the front and back are not backed by a card, meaning they are not stiff and will bulge and bend. This is more of a personal preference, but I prefer the kit to have a stiff front and back or, at the every least, have a velcro-sealed lining so you can have the choice to add a cards to the back and front that don't interfere with the pouches. The MOLLE back panel has a velcro (hook and loop) system and I used the d-rings to attach to the headrest and the strap to secure the kit. Pop out your headrest, slide the spokes through the d-rings, then pop the headrest back on. Because of this set up, you could actually daisy-chain several of these kits on the back of your car's headrest, meaning that you could have kit dedicated to cardiovascular (baby aspirin, QuikClot gauze, Hyfin chest seals, tourniquets, CPR face mask, etc.) and another one for general first aid (slings, bandages, splints, burn gel, eye wash, etc.) and have your car thoroughly stocked with supplies for multiple victims with multiple types of wounds. The velcro attachment makes it easy to rip the pack off if you want to bring it inside when you're not on the road, then slap it back on when you use your vehicle. It's also incredibly easy to attach to and remove the back panel from your headrest, making it easy to put onto your backpack when you arrive at your camping destination. Still, I wish they had the backing available to buy separately so that I could leave one backing attached to my headrest and another one already MOLLEd onto my backpack. The bulk of the cost of this bundle comes from the medical supplies. Look through the list of supplies and decide if they are what you want. They do provide a great generalized kit for more severe injuries (trauma), but the some of the supplies might not be what you want or need. The supplies that come with this specific bundle (Officer's Patrol Tactical Gunshot & Trauma) are limited to if you encounter a single victim (not equipped for multiple GSW, multiple burn victims, etc.), so some of the supplies you might want to swap out (burn gel, saline eye wash) or get more of, such as tourniquets and QuickClot, depending on your situational needs. If you're looking to buy USA, then you'll be happy to know that Lightning X is from Charlotte, NC and has a warehouse in El Monte, CA. The company can also embroider your name, company, unit, etc. onto your bag if you order directly from them via their website. They can even make you custom-designed bags and are very receptive to customer feedback on ideas how to improve their products.Overall, I'm very happy with the product and with the company. The bag and its backing have some great features, are well-made and have a lot of organizational options, but the bag itself is not without its flaws. If you already have a bunch of supplies, then think about just getting the bag and switching around your supplies. If you're starting from scratch, then this kit is a great launching point to building a solid trauma FAK that can be easily moved around between your car, your home and your person (backpack or vest).

You won’t find cheaper with this quality
Added some quiklot, another CAT7, Israeli bandage, more antibacterial wipes and what not. Very good quality bag, comparable to what I had in the Corps. Carry it everywhere, everyday. In an area where a boy was shot in the throat a month ago, the manager of adjacent building in my parking lot shot, and two broad day light break ins all in the same parking lot, this is a must have.

Great for its intended use
If you're looking for an IFAK then this kit isn't for you. If you want hemorrhaging/GSW/first aid kit, then look no further. The reason I say it's no good for an IFAK is that its large and kinda bulky, making not ideal for an IFAK but great for an in the car kit. It has what you need in a serious, a tad bit of more common stuff, and a lot if space to add more. For example a second pair of shears is always nice, bandaids, medical tape, some regular gauze, neosporin, allergy/headache/stomach ache pills, tweezers, hand sanitizer, whatever. All of those could easily fit in this bag. It's full of what you would need in a bad situation and has room leftover for whatever your heart desires

Good to go
There's a lot of talk about counterfeit CATs on Amazon and eBay and I get the concern and there are no doubt many of them out there. However, Lightning X Products is a legit company and this is packed and sold by them, they specify that these are legitimate products in the description and I figured if there were any issues I would have recourse with Amazon. Well, mine came in today and everything is legit. I got it on sale at nearly half off and it's a bargain at price. I probably wouldn't pay full price for this, I'd just end up building my own kit at that point, I really just wanted to re-iterate that the CAT is real, the LE combat gauze is real, and the Hyfin chest seals are real so no need to worry there. I don't know if the dude in the review below has ever seen a real CAT but his picture shows exactly what a real CAT should say.

Overall great kit but upgrade the tourniquet
Pouch holds surprising amount of stuff and is well laid out. Comes with a decent gunshot/trauma kit. Tourniquet is cheap plastic though so recommend replacing it. Added a splint, aspirin, ibuprofen, and an additional tourniquet and now it is ready to go.

Fantastic value for money
Way more in this kit and at a much cheaper price than other kits costly several times more (essentially the exact same quality of components). I read some complaints about the velcro holding up the weight of the kit on the back of the seat but I routinely travel off-road and have have zero issues. There are videos online that show you how to use every part of the kit, and really most of it is fairly obvious except for perhaps the airway tube but there are videos for that on YouTube as well. Don't waste your money on ridiculously overpriced trauma kits, this one is really a great value.

Well packaged
More than just a boo-boo kit. A good packaged kit with actual life saving equipment in it. I couldn’t build the kit cheaper unless I did a lot of research, and it’s all here in one package. I like that I can mount it on the passenger headrest of my car and be able to reach for it if I’m ever pinned in the drivers seat of my vehicle, under the right conditions of course. It’s easy to detach and take with me. There’s room to spare for some additional supplies like bandaids and chest needles.

Don’t get this kit. It’s not what it says
Does not come with what it says on the product description. For example, it says a NAR CAT but really it comes with a cheap knockoff. There’s a lot of other stuff in the kit that is a cheap alternative. Don’t recommend buying this kit.
