Love the idea behind this which is why I ordered it. I love the way it wraps around your neck and snaps closed, however the snap is a bit hard to use, maybe too small. I love the ties to help hold lower half in place. There are a few things I’m unhappy with starting with the fact that it’s not long enough. It only goes about 2/3 way down my back and my lower back and shoulders are where I need the heat. Secondly, the area where you plug the power cord into the product is large and hard and I end up laying on it. This product idea is awesome but the finished product needs some tweaking to be worth the cost. I paid the extra money to get these benefits but the product fell short of my expectations. I wish so much that they would make this heating pad much longer and a bit wider, change the plug in area so you’re not laying on a hard piece of plastic and make the top part easier to snap. Then this product would be a 10! Or 5 stars. As it stands I really can’t give it the rating I was hoping to. Please consider tweaking this heating pad to include the adjustments listed above and I’d absolutely love to buy one, or likely a few more for gifts. To make this a worthwhile product I’d say extend the length a minimum of 10 additional inches and extend the width a minimum of 4-5 inches. I’m a woman who’s 160 pounds and in order to cover my full back just a few inches past my butt it needs the additional 10 inches. It needs to be 4-5 inches wider, get rid of that large hard plastic piece where the product plugs in to the power cord and make the snap around the neck easier to snap, possibly by enlarging the snap. Since my wife has both shoulder and back issues, she is always looking for something to soothe her — especially on a cold winter night. I found it for her in the Utaxo Heating Pad Wrap. It would normally take two heating pads, one for the upper part of her body and one for the middle section to get the job done, but this extra long heating pad handles both areas with ease. It even has two fasteners in the front so the unit stays on whether you’re sitting, standing or lying down. It is cuddly soft and effective even on warn summer days. What a find!!! This is the first heating pad that has worked well for her.

Now I can enjoy this amazing heating pad once again!Original: This heating pad was really nice while it still worked. It was so soft and comfortable, and it fit perfectly to help relieve neck, shoulder, and back pain with heat. However, we bought this right at the end of July and it has already gone out completely and will not turn on anymore. One day it’s working perfectly fine, and later that same day, I go to turn it on and it’s just completely dead. The screen won’t turn on on the remote and it is no longer getting warm. Very disappointed because I loved using this heating pad prior to this.

I ordered this Utaxo Heating Pad Wrap for use at the office in place of using a space heater on cold days. I can wrap it over my shoulders, or to use it as a blanket if my legs are cold, and not have to worry about finding somewhere to put it to warm my upper body.The bullet-point details listed beneath the product name are an accurate reflection of the features of this heating pad. It is large enough to cover my entire back or legs. The material is a nice, soft dark grey plush fleece, and it is very flexible. I put the pad on heat setting #2, and could immediately feel heat soaking into my legs. I'm pretty sure the higher settings would be like a hot tub in blanket form! If I ever get the chills from the flu (but hopefully not), I know what I'll be using.

I have fibromyalgia and most of my daily pain is in my shoulders, neck, and upper back. I bought this heating pad to use at work as I sit in a chair and am on the computer for 12 hours a day, which exacerbated my pain. This heating pad perfectly covers the areas that cause me the most pain. I was surprised at the coverage on the back of the neck, it reaches the base of my head which is perfect. The highest setting I’ve used it on is 3 and that was when wearing a heavy sweater. Setting 1 usually provides enough heat unless I’m really hurting, then I’ll bump it up to 2. It’s extremely soft. There is no stiffness or plastic feeling, like traditional heating pads. I liked it so much that I bought a 2nd one for home because I found myself taking the other back & forth so I didn’t have to use my old heating pad at home. I was expecting much less for the low price. I was pleasantly surprised with how pleased I was with this heating pad for such a low price.

If you are looking for a high quality heating pad specifically to reduce the pain in your neck and shoulders, this heating pad is awesome!

This is just what I was looking for. I like that this heating pad is long enough to reach my tailbone while still being able to wear it around my shoulders. The straps are removable and there is enough weight around the shoulders is very relaxing. The heat is consistent throughout the entire pad.
