Good slim platform pedal
I've had a lot of issues with pedal strike on my fixed gear, and ordered these as a solution. They do strike much less than full/thick platform pedals, but still more than a track pedal or clipless pedals. The material seems strong. I like the idea of loose ball bearings that can be serviced. The Pure Fix straps I ordered fit in the slots well.Yes, I can feel the roundness of the axle section a bit through thinner shoes, but it isn't a big deal.Maybe a lot of my satisfaction comes from my use of this product. I ordered these pedals (and some Pure Fix straps) for my cheap commuter fixed gear bike. I wanted to be able to ride a bike easily with normal shoes, typically short distances. They work much better with the straps. I consider it a good setup. If you are complaining about foot comfort on long rides on a serious bicycle, you should probably be using clipless pedals and shoes in the first place.

great pedals!
have had them on my critical cycles bike for the last 800 miles and they perform just as expected....the original pedals were a little too small and were set up for toe clips (had a top and bottom). I don't use the toe clips, so I took them off and kept getting the "bottom" of the pedal...these are just the right size and if i want to add straps later, they are set up to accept straps....

Great value in a non-replaceable stud pedal
This pedal is very thin and very durable. The nubs, while not metal, are very grippy and do an excellent job with the ribbed soles of my Vans. My feet are securely locked into position unless I intentionally lift and reposition.

They look great.
These are nice. They look great. Seem fairly well made. The couple issues I have is the bearings/feel is kinda rough in one. It really doesn't feel bad after getting it on and riding. They'll probably break in and be fine, just kinda makes me wonder about qc if they're not making sure they start out a little smoother. The other thing I'm not sure how I feel about is how they're flat and low profile and all, but then there's the bigger round parts, I'm assuming are where the bearings are. So that feels a little bit weird. Not bad, but I can't get my feet just right so far. Like the width is nice, and they still don't stick out too far, but then they're really close on the inside, so I can't really avoid being on the one outside raised bearing part, and it feels a little weird. Not bad. They're fairly comfortable and I just put them on tonight, so I probably wouldn't notice if I wasn't thinking about it, and will probably be fine with it within a couple of days. And then, yeah, these aren't super expensive, and I think they're pretty decent, besides what I've said. Idk how the bearings will hold up being open, but apparently they're rebuildable, I think I read. So that's good. But I think for as good as these are for the price, the bearings could be better, and feel a bit smoother starting out. I think a lot of people won't realize they should break in and smooth out, and may end up turned off and return. So anyways, these are nice, if they're the type you're looking for, and maybe you're going for a colour that they come in, or just the style, and not spend too too much, I think you'll be happy with them.

Great pedals on my city commuter. Durable and nice large platform
Great product for an excellent price. I use them on my city commuter and they are perfect for the job, especially like the larger platform when using normal shoes and sneakers. Quality seems to be good. A good buy.

These pedals...
Are great! I underestimated how narrow the strap gap was. I was able to force some All City leather straps through the gap by wiggling their ends back and forth many times to finally get enough material on the other side that I then pulled the rest of the way with pliers. This was temporary as soon replaced the old worn leather straps with Fyxation velcro straps. These slid through much easier. These pedals are also durable and of a great color. Dat green. I mention durability since I ride my fixie pretty hard and sometimes are scrape the ground when turning or clip walls when dodging obstacles. I expect hundreds of miles with these pedals!

Lightweight, Sturdy
Wide enough for a comfortable fit, easy to install. I got tired of clipping in and not being able to walk around on my bike shoes. I basically ride alone now and not nearly as hard as I used to, so these are great compromise.

Good for bike polo
I'm using these for bike polo and so far they've held up better than other flats I've used in the past. They feel a little heavier than most but they also seem to be a lot better quality than most. The pins are really nice and you'll want a show with a pretty soft sole. I tried using my Chrome shoes but the rubber sole was too hard and my feet would slip off the pedals pretty easily and the pins really f up your shins.
