I started taking these a few days ago, I was a little worried that they would taste bad and they may hurt my stomach but so far so good. They really didn't taste anything which was a good thing and they did not upset my stomach either, like some pills would do. I have only been taking them a short while so I have not noticed any results yet but I know I have PCOS it was confirmed by my doctor and I've been attempting to loose weight to get my system back to normal. I am due to get my cycle any day it still has not come so I was hoping these pills would help me out along that avenue but so far nothing. I also wish they had more information on the bottle about what they do, it doesn't I had to go to the website to get info. I will update on the status of these pills and hopefully I start seeing results from them.

My SO has PCOS and the MTFHR gene defect. She really loves this supplement as it has all the key vitamins and minerals of any multivitamin with some key things that PCOS individuals need like alpha lipoic acid. She was happy that the folic acid is L-methyl folate since she also has one of the homozygous forms of the MTFHR gene defect. She highly recommends this.There is only one issue. Be careful with letting this capsule melt in your mouth at all. There is multiple oils in the capsule which smell and taste horrible. The serving size is also four capsules, so be sure to read the instructions clearly.

No pregnancy yet. But i figure this wont hurt to continue to use. This is my second bottle and I may not purchase again. too expensive

I am hoping these really help, as we have been trying to get pregnant for several years. I thought they would be worth a try. They are easy to take and we are on week one. I will update on if they help, but it does seem to help my stomach issues.

I feel they work as described. I obviously have no way to prove it works but I feel my pcos symptoms improve when taking this.

I can’t speak about 100% successful results because so far no pregnancy yet BUT the pain....you know the awful pain accompanying periods and ovulation? It’s SO.MUCH.BETTER and manageable without pain killers! Pills are easy to swallow and no nasty aftertaste. Also...5 follicles vs 3 before 🤞🤞🤞

I am at the start of my journey. But I am hoping that this will help to give me the boost I need.
