Good, comfortable holster.
I’ve been rocking this holster with my shield for the past 2 months and I still love it! Works well for me as a heavier set fellow around 3, 4 o’clock on the belt. There is also a lot of versatility with how the gun sits in your waistband, being able to adjust the cant and ride height.

Perfect holster
Love this holster. It’s very comfortable and love the tool less setup on it. It’s very adjustable with the cant height and the ride height. Can’t even tell I have it on half the time. I would recommend this!

Comfortable
I really like this holster but I wish it was interchangeable from right to left hand. When I carry on my back I like a left handed holster. Great buy all in all

Failed return… fixed
Holster has decent retention and seems of reasonably high quality construction. I found it very bulky and uncomfortable to wear IWB so decided to return. Others seem to like it, so Ymmv, I guess.Unfortunately, the return failed to be processed by Amazon so now I have no holster and no refund. I did the return in the app, got a QR code ( one code for this and several other items) and dropped them off at the local UPS store. Several weeks later, no refund and the app is now offering to print a mailing label.Update: finally found a way to actually contact customer service at Amazon. Explained the situation and refund was processed promptly

Comfortable and value, but lacks versatility.
It fits nice, holsters nice, and is very conceled even with a slim fitting tshirt. I thought it needed to have a few more adjustable options. Being able to angle it slightly a few degrees, or adjusting the buckles slightly, would have made the fit perfect. It still fits well and I am happy with this purchase. On my next gun I believe I will upgrade to something a bit pricier though.
