I received my order today, which was a day early. However, I am disappointed! The products box was open and bent. There is no resistance and the cord does not stay when it is wrapped around the bar. I thought about using a cord of my own with more resistance, but I may return this product for a refund.

there is not enough tension to actually produce resistance to workout - maybe it's because I'm 5'2" but even when I tried to shorten the bands (by tying them) I was worried the bar or bands would snap - do not waste your money!!

I love that it helps me stretch my lower back! I have sciatica and my lower back hurts. By stretching my my lower back, it relieves the tension and therefore relieves the pain. I would recommend it.

I like that I can do my exersize program and not have to prefix the band. It is one fluid motion now. No problems. The one down side is mine should have come with a DVD and it didn't.
