Its a nice set, the handle is a little shorter than I'd like, but I'll get used to it. Good easy shave, no knicks or cuts, one of the easiest de razors I've used. A little on the expensive side, would make a very nice gift, even to yourself.

This is a really nice set it looks great and the brush is pretty good quality. I would recommend definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for new set.

This set is top notch! The silvertip brush is excellent. The DE razor is now my favorite. It is so nice, I am tempted to use it and forget about the others in my collection. The feel, balance, and handling is beautiful. I use three blades 1) the Perma-Sharp (my fav), 2) Feather (of course!) and 3)the Astra. The set looks great anywhere I put it.The only drawback, pricing. However, I still say this is a must get set.

I own multiple sets, so I have a good frame of reference. This is a solid, good looking set, that will last a lifetime if taken care of. If the brush eventually needs to be replaced, it's very possible to get this done. I think it is a bit on the aggressive side, shave wise, but it may have been because of the default blades (persona). If you want to own just one shave set (impossible once you get into it), this should be it. Admittedly it is very pricey at 260, but you may find it way cheaper like I did. If you do, buy it.

Love the design, it adds a little bit of masculine luxury to the bath, but you can always swap out for another brush set later. The stand is sturdy and durable. Overall, this razor set made a great gift for the man who has everything, and he was delighted.

If you're like me, you were looking at buying a very similar looking shaving set from Mühle and stumbled upon this noticing that they look quite similar. As someone who has owned the Mühle R89 I can tell you that the safety razor itself is identical. I've never owned the brush or the stand but I believe that these are also identical to what you'd get in the Mühle set except for one detail... The brush does not have a replaceable head! I was a bit disappointed when I learned this as I was hoping I'd be able use replacement heads from Mühle. Nevertheless, this is a great kit and I'm quite happy with it but you should know this in case you were planning to do the same.

Really nice set, the brush is excellent, and the razor is exceedingly sharp. I have had problems with the Gillette blade, but this single blade razor really does the job. The first time I bled, but now with more experience it is very comfortable although time consuming so I only use it prior to special occasions.

Solid piece of kit, really happy with the purchase.Made really well all 3 pieces, the brush has a solid back bone doesn't splay like others do.I was going to buy the MUHLE traditional razor set which is identical to this but I came across Baxter's razor set and was cheaper.

There was a little mix-up with what I ordered and only a razor came, but they handled it so quickly and professionally that it didn't​ even matter to me! The quality of service is the same as the quality of the products. It is a gift so I cannot speak on behalf of the shave, but the razor does have a nice weight to it and the brush seems to be soft yet firm. I am very happy with my ordering experience and would definitely repeat it!

So, just had my first shave, used Baxter’s shave cream and aftershave. Being a my first experience with a safety razor I can honestly say I’m sold! I will not be returning to disposables. Closest shave I’ve had in years! Thank you Baxter’s.
