My friend suggested I try these and even found a discount code for me to use. I decided to try them mostly for energy since that is something I have in very short supply. I take two tablets with my breakfast each morning. They have a slightly sweet taste, and the tablets are coated, smooth and very easy to swallow. I haven't experienced any unpleasant side effects. What I have noticed is that I have the energy to complete projects most days. And they control my appetite enough that I could easily skip meals, so I have to watch carefully because I take medications that I have to take with meals. this product seems to be doing the trick! the pills are small which is nice compared to other diet pills out there. They don't have a bad taste or after taste they are actually sweet when on the tongue. You only have to take 2 once a day and definitely gives a good energy boost and full feeling!
