These are super cute! I bought them as a gift and I know she’ll love them! They also come nicely packaged and with a carrying case.

I am disgusted by what showed up when I opened this item. Not only did the earbuds not work. but one was missing the foam earbud and there was ear wax in the other one. If I could give this zero stars, I would.

*********BEWARE, DO NOT BUY**********Retractable earbuds broke within 3 weeks. They sent a new pair, and they broke 3 months later. I filed another claim to have them replaced because I purchased the warranty. Their response, via email was to refer me to a facebook site called BLUEFIN, which is suppose to be an earphone testing site where your suppose to get earphones free for testing them. After visiting the BLUEFIN site, they wanted my detailed paypal acct. information before I could participate. I declined. I received several messages from a few BLUEFIN people trying to get me to participate and give my information. Declined again! I, along with several other people from the site think this is a SCAM!!!I DO NOT RECOMMENDDOLTECH/BLUEFIN. They are no longer responding to emails. (big surprise)Merchandise is cheaply made and they DO NOT honor the warranty! The site/affiliate site is a SCAM just to get your PayPal info. ***************BEWARE!!!!*****************

I bought these in October of 2019. By January the left ear bud quit working. Then it started just turning off and wouldn’t reconnect to blue tooth until I had it off for about a hour. Now the right ear has a short in it I will have to move around the cord and then try not to move my head so I lose what they are saying. I use this to listen to audio books at work. Also when I am driving to take and make calls. People are always telling me how bad they sound. The customer service number says can’t be reached. So I have sent a email. Waiting to hear back from them. Hope they are a honest company. Will let you know.

After having two of these for a few days now. My hubbies won't reconnect to his phone this morning. He tried turning them on and nothing. Mine work or they did yesterday. We will see if I can fix his when he's home. Otherwise, the cords short to the plugin, and the earbuds hard to pull out without thinking you might pull too hard. Just be careful.

Less than a month after buying these the left side quit working I could not hear any sound out of it at all. Two weeks after that the right side has done the same thing. Thankfully I spent the extra 3 bucks for a protection plan. I filed the claim and was given a credit in the amount of these. Dont waste your money.

I only had this headset for less then three months and now I can’t even used it first the left side went then and now the right side went I will never buy from this company again I am so disappointed with this I even tried to troubleshoot this item and I never had any success doing that either I don’t usually do reviews but I now have to buy another one because I can’t used this one anymore
