Do not buy this product. Firstly I used the ‘ pre-painless’ wipes... it was like slathering Vicks over my areas. It’s burned liked nothing I’ve ever experienced before! I had to cool down my area with ice cubes.I then put the tub of wax in the microwave (see picture) where the tub completely melted and the wax spilled all over my microwave plate . Even if the wax was hot there’s no way the tub and spatula should have melted so easily. To be honest I should have given up after the ‘pre wipe’ scenario but I didn’t. I then tried to save some of the wax from the microwave plate to use on my bikini line....disaster. The wax would not come off...you can imagine the discomfort.Don’t waste your money and go to boots for a proper kit. Ruined my weekend. This kit is dangerous and shouldn’t be on sale.

Hated this product I should have read the Reveiws! First of all I microwaved the piece all fine till I removed it from the microwave. The pot just completely melted I have wax all over my kitchen side. Absolutely furious to top it off the whole product is just cheap I’ve now brought myself a proper mylee kit don’t waste your money guys

i didnt even get to use the wax, the pre-wax wipes burnt my underarms and the pot melted in the microwave leaving wax and plastic toxic smell in the kitchen. i need a new microwave plate now. i followed directions exactly.

Difficult to apply, very messy to work with.

I checked the temperature and timings rigorously. I put it in for the the recommended time just to be careful. When I checked the pot it disintegrated as I tried to move it. It went all over my hand and has ruined my microwave.
