The pain in my heel was becoming debilitating. I swore it had to be a bone spur as Plantar Fasciitis just didn’t make sense to me since pain was localized in my heel. Once an X-ray ruled out a bone spur I figured it must actually be Plantar Fasciitis and I ordered these balls and roller. After using both the roller and the ball for about 5 mins for 2-3 days the pain is completely gone! I can’t believe it!! I stood on them and put as much weight onto them as I could tolerate and just rolled them up down all around the length of my foot! At first it “hurts so good” but then It just feels amazing! The best foot massage ever! I am continuing to do it so that it doesn’t come back and even do my unaffected foot because it feels so good! I was literally limping around every time I got up after sitting for a while or after a long day. It’s so great when something actually works! I thought I was gonna need surgery and/or have to wear orthotics. I was wondering how I was going to exercise when I was in so much pain. Still can’t believe how easy it was to fix this problem!!!

Easy to use, effective product to reduce muscle tension and pain.

The bright colors make these fun to use. The foot roller makes my heel, which hurts from plantar fascitis, feel better. I use the spiky balls on my arms and shoulders, which feels good. Be sure to wear socks and, say, a sweatshirt when using these items, as they do not feel good on bare skin.

Love the foot roller!! Helps eliminate some foot pain but the other two balls are too tough and hard for me to get any use out of.

Got these for my feet to use on a long overseas flight. They worked fantastic.
