Great quality/taste!
Great taste. I used it to make cookie bark, tempered beautifully. I'm not sure on the viscosity because I always add one oz of raw cocoa butter per pound of chocolate that I'm tempering to make it more fluid, but I did not have any issues. It was smooth and viscous and I could have used in molds. Not sure if it was the added cocoa butter that made it that way since there's another comment that said they had a terrible time with melting it for their bark. Maybe they didn't temper it, I always temper. Either way, have already purchased more. Great deal for real white chocolate!

Good smooth taste with quality ingredients. Would never use any other. Always get compliments on baked goods when using them.

Your product was great but Don’t use UPS for delivery
Your product is great. It is exactly what I wanted. You packaged it so well with an ice pack and insulated box. The problem is with UPS. The package sat in their hot warehouse and then their hot truck for too many days. The ice pack was hot and the white chocolate slightly melted. If it had gone out for delivery when it was suppose to this would not have happened. You are paying them for this service to take care of your product. Get your delivery fee back from them.

Real white chocolate morsels
Loved that they were miniature size chips. Because of the temperature here in Hawaii they came slightly melted, but still worked ok for baking. Don't be fooled by white chips that have no chocolate in them.

Good quality
Baked a batch of macadamia white chocolate dried cherry cookies and the white chocolate flavor seems to have penetrated the dough wonderfully excellent flavor. Size is more of a candy button not really a "chip" as one would imagine.

Not a melting chocolate
I purchased this because of the value for making peppermint bark. My first batch this year was a mess. It's a good thing my family doesn't care what it looks like, lol. This white chocolate never really got creamy to pour onto the pan. It melted into a consistency more like frosting. I'm guessing it's because there is no oil in the ingredients. Because I still have a bag and a half of this stuff, I will add just a little oil as a test and see what happens for my next batch.
