YoYo poi is a poi attachment which allows you to change the length of your poi mid spin. It's kind of like a mix of a poi and a rope dart. It combines the length of a rope dart with the 1 hand usability of a poi. To do this, YoYo poi uses a wrist mounted spring loaded reel which contains a long poi cord. As you spin your poi faster the cord length increases and as you slow down the cord length decreases. If you want to keep the cord length constant simply hold on to the poi cord.
