I don't use it often enough to know how long it keeps my hot soup hot. I like the design and the foldable spoon which is very convenient. The size is enough for my usage, sometimes I use this mug to buy a coffee/tee, it is enough for Starbucks 'Tall' size. But unfortunately I cannot put this mug into the mug holder in my car (pls check the size). One thing I notice is that the spoon is made from 314 stainless but the mug is made from 316 (unlike the ad. picture), but no problem.

White instead of black flask delivered. However flask is excellent and quite cute. I like to have breakfast in bed before I come downstairs and I make up some over night oats in the flask with some frozen berries in the evening. It is delicious, healthy and still cold in the morning. It is a perfect size: not too big but just big enough.

Love it! I use it for all my hot liquid lunches. It’s perfect for all my stews and soups. I also use it for my coffee as it hold a medium Americano perfectly! Literally keeps my coffee and soups warm for hours. The rubber ring at the bottom is great for keeping it steady and grip well on any surface. I especially love the handy spoon that neatly fits inside the lid - very handy for soups / stews I take for lunch!I bought the Mupot to go alongside my Mubox which goes together really well.Would highly recommend both!

Son loves this, partly for keeping lunch hot and partly for being a trend setter. He says his lunch is just the right temperature, when it comes to eating. Thus I assume some heat is lost in the 5 hrs between prep and eating. It is just a little bigger than an average reusable cup, this is a good size for one meal and so is not bulky to carry. Very easy to wash although the inside of the lid seems to have picked up tomato staining very quickly. Would recommend.

Great product keep soup warm for about 4 hours.

I was a bit disappointed about the size and capacity of the thermos.I will say it can carry a soup for adult's small portion or child. Otherwise too small, in my opinion.

Handy food flask and love the fold away spoon. However, after 4 to 5 hours of putting hot food in the flask it was just warm enough to eat. After 7 hours it was cold. Such a shame

Bought this as son was sick of sandwiches for packed lunch. Fantastic for soups and pasta - and wide enough to make it easy for young kids to get into the food. Keeps food lovely and hot while outside cool to the touch. No leaks and very easy to clean. The little spoon is great as well.
