Good coffee
It’s great coffee, but I ordered it in whole beans and it came ground.

Good medium roast
This is a good medium roast coffee with subtle flavors. I also love that it supports agriscience education. The only nuisance about this coffee, which I find to be the case with most medium roast beans, is that the grounds are difficult to extract from my manual grinder due to static electricity. For whatever reason, darker roast beans seem to be heavier when ground and easily pour out of my grinder. With medium roast beans, there are lighter bits and parts that cling to the grinder and need to be manually brushed out. That said, it's a small nuisance for a delicious cup of medium roast coffee.

Great coffee, great cause!
I love this coffee! I'm a 3 bag a month customer. I'm very familiar with this organization and can assure you that the quality of this coffee is excellent. It is a mild tasting coffee, even as a medium roast. Even better, when you buy this delicious coffee you are helping an organization that is serving the people of Western Honduras.

A good cup of medium roast coffee with milk or without. “100% profits to charity”.
SUBIDA COFFEE Medium Roast Ground Coffee 12 ozThe aroma from the bag when delivered was wonderful so I was really looking forward to trying this medium roast. I’ve been enjoying this coffee as both 8-ounce cups with a small amount of soy milk and as 2-ounce concentrated shots (for lattes) made with our Keurig K-Café Smart machine and the Keurig “Universal Reusable Coffee Filter” (it works well).I usually make lattes or cappuccinos, but with a new coffee I like to try a plain cup (and then I add a little soy milk) as milk tends to mask subtle notes and bitterness. I first made a few lattes and really enjoyed them, but I couldn’t find the subtle flavor notes. With the 8-ounce cup I still couldn’t pick up on the “chocolate and sweet citrus” notes. This isn’t a bitter coffee, and I could easily drink this with just a hint of milk, so that’s a good cup and a solid 4 stars. I love that 100% of the profits go to an educational charity. The bag is not resealable, but a small metal clip is provided. I received this 100% Arabica (not marked on the package), Single Origin coffee in May 2023, and a label on the bottom of the package is marked Best By 10/6/2023.

Acceptable flavor
Unfortunately, I found the flavor flat and 'colorless'. There was no aroma when I opened the package. I did like the fact that it was single origin and supported education
