Dr. Martens Women's Boots

I bought the exact same shoe in the UK in white so luckily I knew to size down. For reference I’m a UK8/US women’s 10. In these shoes I’m a UK6.5/US 8.5. I think the reason these are cheaper is because they are manufactured in China rather than Vietnam. The only difference that I can see is these have almost a half sole on the inside? Nothing that a store bought pair of insoles can’t fix! I think these shoes need the extra cushion anyway as doc’s are notoriously hard to break in. On the outside I can’t tell the difference at all so they definitely seem worth it to me. Also, Dr.Marten only offer 5-7 day shipping with no deliveries on a weekend with no half sizes available. These came next day and I got the exact size I needed. Well worth it in my opinion.

It's literally missing the inside base. That's plain old cardboard in the picture and the black part was just stuck on with a little glue and was coming up. I didn't even try these on. Extremely confused and upset as I was under the impression Dr. Marten's were quality.

Shoes are too big I need a size 8. Box was damaged!

I bought the 9 first and it was too big. I bought the 8.5 next and still too big. The 8 fit perfect. I returned the 9 with know problems. The 8.5 size return was a hassel. I had to pay for shipping and take to ups and print the label and package the product. I was told to expect my money back 2-7 days after they recieve it back. The size 8.5 was not Prime, but the other sizes of the same boot is.??

I hate them and want my money back they way to big they nothing like the picture
