Beef up your network standards with this Cat6 bulk cable and rest assured that you will be future-proofed for a long time to come. This Cat6 (or category 6 cable) is a 4-twisted-pair construction made with 23 AWG wires and is capable of gigabit speeds. The jacket is made of a PVC material and is CM rated for in-wall installation. The increased gauge as well as a higher precision cable construction allows for better performance overall than Cat5e. Cat6 cables have a thicker gauge that protects against interference and gives you much better signal quality. Because of this Cat6 cable is rapidly becoming the new standard for Ethernet networks. The twisted pairs are twisted each at different frequencies to eliminate the possibility of cross talk. This cable is marked at every foot and comes in an easy pull box.

Do not buy this crap cable. It's not cat6.
It is copper clad aluminium which does not truly meet cat6 specs. Especially if you are going to run a PoE device like a camera or access point. Also its illegal to install in most states if you are trying to meet code. Search for solid copper cat6. you will pay just a few bucks more but get a FAR higher quality cable that will both carry more information and punch down better. Stay far away from this stuff, I wish I would have.

Would not recommend!!
Very difficult to work with. Individual wires are extremely thin, as thin as the 15+ yr old DSL line this was replacing. They are very brittle. Slight movement of the cable while moving the jack back into its box in the wall caused caused the wires to snap off. Even the sections that weren't stripped would snap off from a little movement. Unfortunately I didn't notice how brittle it was until after I ran it to the lowest part of our crawlspace. Hopefully it will hold up now that it's installed because belly crawling through the crawlspace is not fun! I definitely would NOT buy this again.

Does the job with ease - low noise and high data rates even with long runs.
Excellent wire, easy to pull, comes out of the box with no snags. Excellent data rates even with over 50' run. Probably not good for patch cables that will be moved around a lot, since the aluminum wires are, likely, brittle and won't take much flexing, but for permanent runs, no problem. The inner plastic separator makes this cable handle high data rates with no cross-talk interference, even if the cable is pulled around sharp corners.

Great Cat6 Cable
Great cat6 cable. Easy to untwist. The casing pull string is weak and breaks but it's no big deal. I ran 250 feet all through the house and it was a breeze. Making rj45 connectors was easy as well. I highly recommend this cable. One additional note this was run on a Google Fiber network and tested 910mbs download and 905 MBS upload. Very happy.

GREAT to Work with
CAT 6 cable at a reasonable price. It's also very easy to work with when putting plugs on the ends. The twist is easily straightened and the cable is stiff enough to go into the plug and follow the correct track inside the plug. Using this cable, I have wasted no RJ-45 plugs

Ran 100 foot through house crimped RJ45 plugs to the ends and tested that the installation met specs. The cable has a strong rubber core that help it to stand up to pulling through tight places without damage to the twisted pairs.

Very nice cable for long runs
Very nice cable for long runs. The cable is a little larger in diameter than others that I have used and some precautions need to be taken to prevent nicking the wire if using some commercial stripping tools.

Hey, its a cable!
This product seems to be pretty good quality. Jacket is durable and abrasion resistant. Easy to fish walls and the pairs strip easily. Have had no noise problems with 100' runs but I'm only transmitting 5 volt digital & analog signals at very low frequencies.
