I insured a well pump because these have a high rate of failure. The pump did fail during the insured time and I registered a claim which was paid with no hassle.

The only thing I will say is when you try to file a claim it opens in the Amazon app but asks specific questions about the order. If you go to orders it negates your progress so I just had to screen shot it.

I am not at all happy with this protection plan. I purchased it to protect my new Air Compressor. The Coverage started as soon as I placed my order, However , I still have not received my air compressor! This is wasting my.coverage time and it feels very much like a scam!

Not a stream lined process. Worth the extended warranty. Asurion is not associated with Amazon. So expect a process with receipts and pictures.

I bought a router last year at Amazon.com a with an extra 2 year warranty from Asurion.A couple is weeks ago the router broke and had to returned it. So I opened the Asurion app and input the data requested and summoned the claim in less than 5 minutes.The next day I dropped off the router at one of the UPS stores and after 10 minutes I got an email from Asurion telling me that the refund for the router was on its way to my credit card.I was pleasantly surprised the process to return the router took almost no time including getting my money back. Thank you very much.One thing though, they returned the amount of money I paid for the router last year which is great but I think the refund should be the same amount of money needed to buy the same item when the refund was issued. I paid 110.00 +/- last year, now the same item cost 135 so I had to spend 25 more dollars to buy the same thing.

i had a problem with my wall sander, the hose broke, i was just looking for a replacement but they refunded my entire purchase price…. more than happy!!!
