So I brought it for both my grandma and Father and as per them, it tastes good and really works, makes you feel fresh and energetic. So i guess, its kinda working.

I have ordered the third time. I feel it is a good supplement. A good supplement is necessary for diabetics as they suffer from nutritional deficiencies due to diet restrictions. This is a very good supplement which has a marked effect on the weakness felt by people who are diabetic for a long period. It is sugar free and even artificial sweeteners are not used which is a very good thing.
