AB Roller Pro

I must say, I love this little device. And the "Pro" model is slightly smaller, but just as functional as my old, "regular" Ab Roller.As others have pointed out, the Ab Roller pro isolates the core ab muscles perfectly without my having to concentrate too closely or worry about form as I do with other strength training. I have had the new Pro for 3 weeks and use it nightly. My coworkers have already commented on my recent "weight loss" even though I haven't lost any. I have significantly toned by abs and back, though, and I feel stronger all over.For comparison, I have an incline bench that I do crunches on and also use ankle weights for leg lifts. I have a nightly routine of 200 crunches with straight legs, 200 with bent legs and 100 oblique crunches on each side. Now that I have my Ab Roller again, I can do more than that while watching TV, knowing that I am being just as effective. All it takes is the willingness to get on the floor and use it. Once you start and feel your core getting stronger, you will want to keep doing it!I highly recommend this product for anyone, regardless of fitness level.

There is no way I could do a sit up before I got this device. I am pretty weak, but I can already see that sit ups are becoming easier. Also I feel my ab muscles getting tighter. Only negative is that it is rather cumbersome and doesn't fit into an ordinary closet because of size. Too bad it doesn't have a hinge to fold.

It works as advertised if you do it as advertised lol.. otherwise it will just take up space in your house. I love the ab roller.. i use it while I am watching television

Have used it quite a lot since getting it three weeks ago. Took around ten mins to assemble. No obvious weaknesses or problems since then (foam in particular is holding up well, and shows no early signs of deforming or perishing), and it's comfortable to use. Is it making a difference to my abs? Yep. I do around sixty a day, and I can see and feel the difference.

I had the original AB Roller and used it for years. I was very disappointed when this one arrived. The cushion for your head is hard and very uncomfortable. I used an electric knife to cut it at an angle (the way the original one was shaped) and it helped a bit. It also seems smaller than the original. Don't waste your money on this "wanabe" AB Roller.

After using the AB Roller Pro, I have to say I've made a mistake in buying this. It's extremely uncomfortable and too large for me. I like the original Ab Roller that I used years ago. This one does not give me a place to support my arms, and the neck cushion may as well not even be there-- does no good. I'm probably going to sell this one to a man or someone with a large enough frame. This does not accommodate a small framed person. I'd say it is a "man's ab roller". Doesn't suit me at all.

work well and pretty sure you will get a flat stomach..I need more neck support
