I wear a size 10 and ordered a size 10 and they were way too small. I suggest ordering a half size up or a whole size up from your actual size. If you are a 10, order a 10.5 or 11. I'm returning these shoes because they are too small. Otherwise, they look like a good value.

These are super comfortable and would be OK for fairly easy mountain biking or touring. However, they did not withstand the rigors of Arizona sand, gravel, rocks and mountains. The sole design creates weakness around the clips and, as a result, the sole failed. I've only had them two months. Should be able to return or exchange them, but there is no option for that.

Update: I contacted tomaso, and they replaced my shoes, with no hassle. Maybe I just had a bad pairthey are very comfy, and I do, really appreciate their great customer service. Absolutee garbage. Have had them for almost 6 months, and have used them only on my stationary. Within 2 months, the cleat plate stripped put and left my cleat in the pedal. After a couple more months, the metal loop that the strap goes through, broke. Look elsewhere. Even though they're comfy, pay more and get a good shoe.

Erred on the side of buying these a half size bigger than my regular shoes and glad I did. I have ample toe room and there isn't any rubbing. These are my first pair of bike shoes and I wanted something that I could wear with regular pedals and walk around in. These do the job! However, the SPD cleats do hit the ground a bit when walking on concrete but it's not bad.
