I bought this because I was having excessive phlegm / mucus after recovering from walking pneumonia. I used it daily for two months and did not notice any improvement. It could have been the wrong time to try it and it might work for you. I would recommend trying it yourself as your results might be different.

Was hoping this would help me decrease the use of my inhaler. Had no effect.

Been cigarette free and switched to vaping 7 years ago. I've had asthma for 5 years now. Been using this product for almost a month. So far the I haven't noticed much of a difference. But like any vitamin or supplement I know that it'll probably take a couple months to notice any change. On a positive note, I've had no adverse side effects.

Have been having chronic respiratory infections in the last few months along with chronic wheezing that I never had issues with before. I do not smoke. I started taking this about two months ago and I feel like the last couple of exacerbations have not been as bad and I am breathing easier. Not sure if coincidence but will keep taking them
