Good for hyperhidrosis
Product works and WILL dry out your hands but also leaves them a weird yellow color. Also the flaky skin that comes in a few weeks isn’t fun. But it’s better than having wet hands in my opinion. Just use a little at night and space it out some and the skin reacts much better. Takes a few days to work, but it will work. This is probably the best thing I’ve found for excessive sweating. This combined with the duradry sweat wipes is great

Great for when you need your hands dry for a specific social event
I was hesitant to try this out of fear that it would make my hands all scaly and gross, but I gave it a shot anyway because iontophoresis is time consuming and uncomfortable.Did this product make my hands scaly and (eventually) flaky? Yes. But the results are worth it, and there are things you can do to keep your hands from looking and feeling awful.Use:I applied it to my palms and fingers before bed and just made sure to cover everything evenly. The cream dries to a chalky white finish that once you rub it in and it dries, is not too annoying or sticky at all. I washed it off with warm soapy water in the morning, and I already felt a reduction in sweating of about 60% after the first application. I applied it again two more times on two different nights, and reached a reduction in palmar sweating of 100%. My fingertip sweating reduced by about 95%. It didn't irritate my skin or give me a reaction, but it definitely dried my palm skin out like I've never seen before. The instant pruning effect when I touched water felt kind of crazy, but didn't affect anything negatively. My hands got this film-like feel to them, and were very very dry. My skin would catch on fabrics because it was so dry. Dry enough that if I didn't put lotion on, it would look and feel pretty terrible. HOWEVER, if I was good at keeping lotion on my hands (like 1-2x an hour) my skin did not appear or feel gross (and they still didn't sweat!) So the trick to this is to have lotion on at ALL times. If you have lotion on, and someone shakes your hand, they will not feel the dryness.I started feeling the reduction in sweating start to wean at around the 1 and a half week mark after the last application, and it was a slow process. My skin was still super dry and pretty much remained like that until it started to crack and flake off (not painful at all). It only looked bad if I stopped applying lotion. I experienced some slight yellowing, but it was not really perceptible unless I stopped putting lotion on. Again, putting lotion on is key.Overall, I don't think I would use this all the time, but it is an absolute lifesaver if you need to have bone dry palms for an event or something. It is absolutely worth the money.

Shocked after 19 years of increasingly sweaty hands/feet
After just a couple days of applications, my hyperhidrosis on my hands/feet have been stunted by about 90-95%. My sweaty hands/feet/pits have gone off the charts since i've gotten older and had to begin some medications. I've had pit sweating since i can remember and the prescription liquids and the certain dri over the counter option works great. But no matter what i tried (prescription dobber, certain dri, sweat block, glyccopyrolate, Carpe) could slow down the sweating of my palms. Ruining giant mouse pad after giant mouse pad. I get a very minor sweat at the bottom of my palm where my hand rests on a keyboard pad all day, but like i said, it's about 5% of what it used to be. This is my first day working without arthritis gloves on due to sweating. After a couple days of treating my hands a couple times a day, i decided to throw it on the soles of my feet just to see. My feet have always been sweaty, but my hand sweating dominated my mind. After a single treatment on my feet, my socks were dry and still smelled like they had come out of the dryer.I truly can't believe it. Need me to use me to open that trash bag? Too, bad. Not the sticky bandit anymore.

LIFE-CHANGING!!
It works like a charm! If you spread it lightly over palms and feet You Will Not Get the bad reaction a lot of reviewers talk about. The reason people use this product and get bad results like Dryed out Skin, Pruning,Cracked skin, etc is because they are putting TOO Much On! I repeat spread a Small thin amount over palms of hand and sole of feet! I haven’t had anything that works like this does honestly. You don’t have to rub in on both sides of hands just on the palms. It drys within less of a minute. If it takes long to dry you most definitely spreaded too much on. You don’t have to put gloves on or sleep in socks with this product because it drys up and doesn’t come off unless you wash it!! I leave it on overnight and make sure that your hands and feet are clean!!

Don’t hesitate! Buy it now!
I’ve been suffering from hyperhydrosis since elementary school. I’m 24 now and I’ve tried every cream and herbal supplement you could think of to stop my sweating. This is the only product that has worked for me and only in 1 week! I started using the cream on my hands and feet the day it arrived which was July 24th. I used it for 2 nights straight and skipped the 3rd day just to test if the cream was at least going to lessen my sweating. My hands and feet did not sweat at all. My hands and feet can sweat just from me sitting still so I definitely was in shock that it actually worked. Even in 90 degree weather my hands and feet were dry. With that being said, the only con I find with this cream is that it will significantly change the texture of your skin so please only use it 2-3 days of the week. Keep your hands and feet moisturized with Aquaphor or Working Hands & Feet cream to keep your skin supple whenever you’re not wearing the cream.
