I have been taking this consistently for 5 weeks. Right about week 4, I starting feeling the difference. Got my energy back, better sleep, etc. As with any supplement, it does take time to work and an absolute consistent consumption. I will continue to use but through all my thyroid research, this has all the vitamins and minerals recommended. The best thing is there is no chemicals or synthetic hormones which is very important to me.

This is a great multi vitamin. It has a lot of minor ingredients that I was spending money on separately.The BIG issue I have is that there doesn’t seem to be quality control in place. In the bottles you’ll find a lot of half full, or empty capsules. It seems every capsule has a different amount of product in it. Considering how much this costs; this really is not excusable or acceptable.

I was taking these regularly and my thyroid levels improved. I had thinning and loss of hair and these vitamins have improved my hair growth significantly. I noticed when I do not take them regularly then my thyroid levels go down so I make sure I take these daily around lunch time. Great product! They work!

This multivitamin covers the health concerns that others don't. Just feel better when I take this.
