Yes, it is insanely expensive. The fact that when stored in plain site, it is beautiful basket helped sway my decision. It arrived a bit earlier than expected, the day before a party. I removed my 40 forks from the very rustic item I was going to use and placed them in this. All fit. Well-made. The bottom says Nantucket Basket and has Chinese characters, burned into the wood. Very nice finishes.

Amazing quality but small!
This was perfect for a small gathering and held a fair amount of plastic utensils and napkins. Had to refill about half way through to accommodate the amount I needed but it looked so pretty! I wish the containers were larger and the handle was removable, but other than that it was very nice.

Absolutely beautiful! Made VERY well and heavy duty. . This is a MUST! I actually got it for my RV but it is too nice so I am using in my kitchen!
