amPen Stylus - Hybrid 2-in-1 Touchscreen Stylus and Ink Pen (2-Pack, Black and Brushed Aluminum)

I just received these stylus yesterday but have been using it for quite a number of hours since then.Before I actually get onto the review, I own a Samsung S7 Edge that's been notorious for getting erratic responds to taps or scrolls on a consistent basis. I even took the screen protector off thinking that it was the problem, to no avail. I must have purchased at least 15 stylus, none of which resolved the problem. I can't explain why, but this stylus has resolved that frustrating issue. Just for that, this stylus is worth it's weight in gold and to me.The a stylus has a very nice feel to it and fits very comfortably in your hand. Upon close inspection the workmanship looks rock solid and has a very attractive, classy look to it; specially the silver one.The pen has a nice and even ink flow to it and the operation of extending and retracting the point is quite smooth.As far as durability, only time will tell. However given the fact that the stylus tip and pen are replaceable there really isn't much for it to go wrong.Overall, I rate this stylus at a solid 5+. I am very pleased with my purchase and find it to be of great value.I hope that this review helps you. I absolutely love these pens. Heres the reason why I cannot give this item five stars; the metal mesh that makes up the stylus part of the pen is not strong enough for extended use. I am on my tablet constantly for work, so when after less than a week one of the pens mesh busted, exposing the rubber beneath, I was disappointed, but I had a second one, so I started using that one instead. After several days the same thing happened, and now that I have gotten used to the pens I do not want to try another new product. So I end up buying a pack of replacements from the company so I can continue to use my pens. Everything else about the pens is great; they write smooth, and I have not had issues with the ink. So the only thing wrong with this pen is the strength of the mesh. If that could be fixed this product would be 5 stars, but until they fix this issue, it is only a 4-star item.

I'm a currently a law enforcement officer. We have tablets & touch screen based computers which we use our fingers to navigate. With these pens to navigate & note everything down makes it easier. Also seems a good quality built product! I highly recommend this product for professional & long time use.

This my first hybrid stylus. It does work better than a standard rubber tipped stylus, but it is still not as accurate for small detail work as I would like. The pen also is just the right length that when you hold it to use it as a stylus, your movements slowly twist the barrel so the ballpoint comes out. That is a bit annoying.Otherwise, the pen looks very nice and is a good weight.

So far, so good.The pen is a bit lighter overall (in weight) than I'd prefer, but that's expected for the price; definitely a fair value. I think I notice it mostly because the weight it does have is on the stylus end, which throws the balance of it a little when using the ink end.I've only used the stylus end a little, but it's good/par for the course. It does the job well. (I prefer fabric tips, as the rubber ones always seem to squeak and/or catch and drag.)I'll update this in the future, after I've used it for more than the few days I've had it.

I bought cheaper pen styluses and they didn't last. This shows no sign of backing down even with constant use.Update: the fabric tears after 2-3 weeks and the rubber then wears down as well. Still lasts longer than the other stylus I've tried.

Awesome! Been using them since they arrived. Works perfectly on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S, Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 and my IPad Mini 4. Just wish they came in colors as well as the Silver and Black. Would have loved a "Gold" or a "Rose/Pink" pen. Maybe in future they will come out with other choices.

The clip on the side to clip it onto your clothing etc broke off both pens after 1 use.So disappointedWould recommend but because this clip broke off both of the pens I bought I cannot rate it highly at all. Really nice otherwise, love the writing of the pen and the point for touch screen use.A coworker highly recommended these pens but his clips on his pens are a lot stronger then the flimsy ones that came on my pens!!!
