Comes with a tool for taking out links
What could be better than a bracelet that fits most sizes. It's not tremendously large, so if you're big boned, you may not fit. For me, I had to pull out 4 links though. So that's an extra 1.25" or so that I took out. i'm an average sized guy so that gives an idea. The item comes with a tool to help remove the links. It was awesome! I could use it for other things like watches. It worked very easy.As far as the health purpose of the item, it's too early to say. The magnets and other items are fairly small. They are painted different colors. I'd say though that if you believe in magnetic therapy, then it should work for you.

Not sure about quality
The inside of the bracelet is falling apart. My wrist is covered with the red white and blue parts that are falling from inside the bracelet.

Nice accessory
Nice accessory, comes with tool to remove links. Looks and feels good, if you wear it inside out the clasp is difficult to get open.
